Capopedia (“Capopedia,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a financial intelligence platform designed for investment research and corporate analysis. 1. Capopedia as a Financial Intelligence Tool

1.1 Service Description. Capopedia is a financial intelligence platform that provides AI-powered company analysis, financial research, and investment insights (“Company Dossiers” or “Financial Intelligence”) generated through proprietary models and data processing.

1.2 Professional Use. Company Dossiers and related financial intelligence are intended for professional investment research, due diligence, and analytical purposes by qualified users.

1.3 Read-Only Platform. Capopedia is a read-only platform. Users access pre-generated financial intelligence but do not create, modify, or submit content.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Platform Content. All Company Dossiers, financial analysis, data models, and other content on the Platform (“Platform Content”) are owned by Capopedia or its licensors.

2.2 Limited License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Platform Content solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Platform Content without written permission, except as necessary for internal analysis and research.
